Ladies and gentlemen, it has come to my attention that Hops, my favorite restaurant in Kansas City, home of the Jamaican Top Sirloin, is now closed. There was no warning, not even to the employees, I'm told.

I will never again experience the joy of the Jamaican Top Sirloin... I even turned down Dan's offer to front me the cash for one during our last visit.

If you don't mind, I'll need a few minutes alone...
